Thoughtful therapy for anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and questions of identity
I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, uncertainty, and complex questions about identity—helping you think more clearly, feel more grounded, and move forward with greater confidence.
You Might Be Experiencing
Stuck in cycles of overthinking or doubt
Intrusive thoughts that feel confusing, distressing, or out of character
Uncertainty about who you are or what you believe
Anxiety that doesn’t resolve, no matter how much you try to think things through
Tension in relationships as you try to sort through something complex
A sense that something feels off, even if you can’t fully explain it
Areas of Focus
OCD & Intrusive Thoughts
Persistent doubt, mental loops, and intrusive thoughts that don’t reflect who you are—but still feel hard to let go of.
Religious Trauma
Making sense of the impact of a high-demand or misaligned belief system, and finding a way forward that feels like your own.
Identity & Family Support
Navigating questions of identity while maintaining connection, communication, and stability within relationships.
How I Work
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and non-directive.
Rather than pushing you toward a particular conclusion, we focus on understanding what’s happening—internally and relationally—so you can respond with more clarity and less reactivity.
This often includes:
Making sense of patterns of anxiety and overthinking
Developing a different relationship to intrusive thoughts
Building tolerance for uncertainty
Strengthening communication and connection in relationships
The goal is to help you feel more grounded, more clear, and more able to move forward in a way that feels like your own.
My Approach
I’m a licensed therapist with 18 years of experience working with individuals and families.
My work focuses on anxiety, OCD (including intrusive thoughts), identity development, and navigating complex internal and relational dynamics. I have particular experience supporting people working through questions related to belief systems, morality, and identity.
Next Steps
If you’re looking for a space to think through things with clarity and support, you don’t have to do it on your own.
